The Ultimate Client Attraction Strategy: Proof + Press Releases
Joe Serafin of Serafin Real Estate is marketing the auction of a prime 43 acre property in Loudoun County, Northern Virginia, about 1 hour to DC.
So here is the strategy.
Joe and I are breaking the campaign down to 2 phases.
1. Business Insider - We launched BI last night. It went live this morning in less than 12 hours.
2. Target International Markets - We will rewrite the PR with a new Headline today. Then syndicate through international news sites reaching Global Markets in Asia and others.
When we create headlines, we use Brand associations for best results.
For example, Serafin Real Estate is a growing Brand. Wheatland Farms is also a Brand with Historic significance. Loudoun County is also a Brand, a geographic brand but valuable for local exposure.
All 3 of these Brands are now associated.
So what happens?
Google News has picked up the Business Insider PR. The news is now landing in thousands of email inboxes.
Business Insider has a domain authority rating of 92. Domain Authority might as well be called "Trust Authority". Algorithms feature content based on Trustworthiness.
For those of you in Real Estate, A link from Business Insider is like Bob Knakal recommending you.
When you search Google for Serafin Real Estate, click the "News" tab to see the Press Release. You'll notice a few links.
One link clicks through to the listing on Joe's website.
The second link at the bottom of the page, clicks through to Serafin Real Estate Home Page.
You will notice on the Press Release I embedded a photo and video of the property. Again, more Proof Stacking. Not only does the strategy amplify the trustworthiness of the content for the reader, the algorithms love it too.
Already this morning, Perplexity is featuring the Wheatland Farm auction. We can see Business Insider is their #1 featured source of information.
There's a lot going on here. Press Releases are like a super power creating a ripple effect. Google ranking, Ai Search exposure, Social Media, Video exposure all benefit.
I guess I could call it Trust Optimization.
Let's continue.
When I launch campaign #2 today, I will make sure the international news sites link to Business Insider. This is another Proof Stacking tactic to amplify Business Insider and the Wheatland Farms auction for exponential exposure.
But also, I will use new variations of the words from Business Insider to maximize the search queries.
More trust, more exposure.
Lastly, all the news sites can be converted to PDF's. The PDF's can be posted on social media, sent as attachments via email and Presentation Handouts.
I guarantee this part of the strategy will enable you to double or triple your closing rates for new exclusive listings.
