I run Tax Logic™, where I help commercial real estate owners, brokers, and investors uncover hidden after-tax ROI through cost segregation, 179D energy incentives, and reusable wall technology. My focus is making sure properties are sold and operated at their true value, not just the pre-tax NOI. I mostly serve developers, healthcare and hotel owners, and brokers who want to show buyers a better story with proof. Outside of work, I love cooking — it comes from my years running restaurants, and it’s also how I think about business: everything working together in the kitchen to deliver a five-star experience.
