How Joe Serafin Got a $14.5 Million Deal Under Contract
Last week we launched a Press Release Campaign for Joe Serafin.
The property we promoted is a 43 acre equestrian estate in Loudoun County Virginia.
The campaign was rolled out in phases.
We achieved exposure on Business Insider, one of the most highly trusted news site online with 96 Million monthly readers.
Another was NewsBreak, a local news syndicator with 28 Million monthly readers. Local news sites get their information from sites like NewsBreak, then feature it on their site.
Then, the news was picked up and featured on 60 farm and land news sites.
This all happened Monday morning, 12 hours after we published the news.
The second phase was rolled out late Monday afternoon going live again within 12 hours on Tuesday morning.
On Thursday, I spoke with Joe after sending him a video showing the results.
Joe said, "remember the property we promoted with your PR's in June? Well that property is under contract closing in November for $14.5 Million." He went on to say "I'm not 100% sure the buyer came from the PR's, but I don't know how else they would have found us".
