This is the exact opposite of what everyone else does.
They ask authors to pay them.
I offer to pay authors.
They saddle authors with new work and new headaches.
I take work off their plate and give them money.
They beg authors to buy.
I have authors chasing me.
Does it work?
I'm working out partnership deals with 2 publishers...
both have published a bunch of authors.
Much higher leverage than connecting with authors one at a time.
