Hey guys , has anybody solved the problem of slow moving partners (who already agreed to the deal)? Or those juggling a lot of stuff and just too busy to actually take the next step? I have multiple potential deals that haven't come to fruition simply due to partners not taking the next step, and the momentum growing cold. There's only so much followup and "anybody home?" one can do .. Love to hear suggestions that work from those more experienced!

Some of you already know no doubt, Travis's Ronin method is packed with gold, but sorting through hours of classroom videos can be a bit... .inconvenient 😉 Non-Ronin, you'll just have to take my word on it. But here's a chance to peep some cool things we're doing in there!
