Youāre not selling what you think youāre selling.
Most of us lead with our solution. Our process. Our personality.
But prospects donāt buy solutions to problems they might have some day.
They buy bridges out of hell.
Travis calls it the plan or the meat. And heās repeatedly mentioned itās the most important P.
The plan isnāt what you think it is.
Itās not your methodology⦠or your 7 step system.
Itās the gap between what theyāve already tried (that failed) and what they actually need.
In Make em beg to buy, Travis mentions Mike the restaurant owner.
Mike didnāt buy āfax advertising.ā
He bought a way to fill his empty carryout counter during lunch rush.
When you can point to their present pain, show them what itās costing them, and offer something clearly different from what failed beforeā¦
Thatās when they stop scrolling.
Thatās when they DM you.
Thatās when they beg to buys
Thatās when crickets turn into cash.
So if things arenāt clicking right now (or if you get to a point where they arenāt)ā¦
The problem oftentimes is that your plan probably just isnāt bridging the right gap.
