I unexpectedly ended up at one aunty’s house who was shifting and packing stuff, and what I experienced mentally “fried” me. It took me 2-3 days of silence and rest to recover. I had forgotten my phone at home. After getting done with the work and packing. the front neighbor’s house, in the evening, I heard voices of aunties arguing. Then everyone else went to sleep, but I couldn’t because it’s not my routine. I was getting bored. There was a dry fruit pack that was opened. I had some, but after that I realized there were some baby ants in it. I freaked out, thinking what if now they are inside me, and they are so active if (God forbid) they find my brain, God forbid. I started to drink hot water to kill them, because I had already had 2 cups of coffee before. After four cups of hot water too, my throat had enough. Then I heard a baby crying for half an hour. After that, I prayed Fajr and went to sleep. After 2 hours, a rooster (from neighbor aunty’s house) started to scream, (continued disturbing) while I was having a dream. There were lions in a field, and a man’s voice was telling their story, as if it was a geographical documentary. As soon as he said, “Now they’ve all grown up, they will go to the sea, but before that they’ll have to pass the river,” I woke up scared of the “next visuals.” But I woke up with intense muscle pain because of packing work and also suffering from lack of sleep cuz of rooster. The rooster continued for straight two hours, and I was about to cry, thinking “k mujhe ghar jana hai.”
