🔥 The $10K+ Journey That Started Right Here in This Community
Believe it or not, this community is the reason I scaled to almost $5K+/month and crossed $10K+ on Upwork. 1. Haroon bhai had 20+ businesses that didn’t worked out ,before succeeding on this one. 2. Add more soft and heart skills that shape you 3. Try new experiences which seems intriguing and learn new things 4. Builder personal relationship with your client by sharing new experiences. Find common ground such as gym to have a nice conversation this helps in creating a bond. 5. MVP minimum viable product 6. The more failed stories you have the stronger you are. 7. Identify your skills and interest. What are you good at .Example editing,writing, coding, etc. if you don’t know anything try something new and reach it at the level of MVP to see if it triggers your interest. 8. What do you enjoy doing? (Your passion equals to long-term success) see what feels like play to you and work for others. 9. Have excitement for work. 10. Research market demand- check Upwork, fiver, LinkedIn, for trending skills. Look at those job postings our clients paying for these skills? 11. Skill———————(this is where you should stay)—————— sales 12. How an agency owner selects a niche where there are multiple skills, but he doesn’t even have the interest or ability for the skill but still earns money? 13. Validated profitability- are people making money in this niche? Search top freelancer’s earnings and job success rates. How frequent jobs, projects, average prices, etc.. 14. Asses competition-as long as you keep yourself at the top, there is no saturation for you. It is only for those at the bottom. You will get top clients as long as you are at the top. 15. High demand= competition, but also opportunities. 16. Find gaps= what can you do better or differently? 17. Allah is the provider of rizq, even if there is 100 people. Haat per maro,ilm hasil karo= rizq ke darwaze khulenge. 18. Standing out is easy as competitors are weak. Develop a strong character. 19. Test and adapt everything. Start with one to two services, get feedback, refer, and double down what works. 20. Pick, start , refine , dominate! 21. Failed stories will help you someday 22. Allah loves you thus he slaps you with love to make you understand amd interpret the signals. 23. Offer the things of which you have 5-10 percent knowledge too. See how you can help your client. Solve more of his problems more than the one service you are providing. 24. Connect your client with your friend/team. Let him hire your associate, thus improving your team bonding, pushing and putting blessings towards success. 25. Focus on yourself, work on emotional intelligence—-> self awareness. 26. Find yourself.
