Day 19: Apni energy ko sahi kaam me invest karo
1. Energy sab se qeemti resource hai Har insaan ke paas waqt aur energy limited hoti hai. Agar hum apni energy ghalat cheezon par laga dein—jaise negative soch, be-maqsad scrolling, ya bekaar discussions—tou important goals ke liye energy kam reh jati hai. 2. Priorities clear rakho Apni daily life me ye decide karo ke kaun se kaam aapke goals ke liye important hain. Jo kaam aapko growth, learning aur progress ki taraf le jaate hain, un par apni energy zyada lagao. 3. Distractions se bachna seekho Social media, unnecessary gossip, aur time-wasting activities energy ko drain kar dete hain. Agar aap in cheezon ko control kar lein, tou aapki productivity aur focus automatically barh jata hai. 4. Positive aur productive kaam choose karo Apni energy un kaamon me invest karo jo aapko behtar insaan banayen: - New skills seekhna - Health aur exercise par focus karna - Apne goals par kaam karna - Positive logon ke saath rehna 5. Smart work + consistency Sirf busy rehna zaroori nahi, balkay sahi direction me effort lagana zaroori hai. Jab aap consistently apni energy sahi kaam me lagate ho, tou chhoti chhoti progress mil kar bada result ban jati ha Conclusion Agar aap apni energy ko wisely invest karte hain, tou aapki life zyada productive, balanced aur successful ban sakti hai. Is liye har din ye socho: “Aaj meri energy kis cheez par lag rahi hai, aur kya ye mujhe mere goals ke qareeb le ja rahi hai?”

Day: Friday One thing I want to remember about today: Consistency is key, aik video hi sahi but I have learnt something today too What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? Slept at 2.00am last night and woke up at 10am What data will I look up after a month or year? My daily notes for today, also posted on the community. Reminders: - No one can waste my time except me. - Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Don’t overwhelm; use the 2-minute rule. - The way you do anything is the way you do everything. - Conduct weekly/monthly reflections. - Don’t multitask; focus on one big thing each day. - Manifest the work you are about to do, using a diary.
