Assisted pull-ups
I dislike that I feel embarrassed or ashamed that I have to do assisted pull-ups lol. I shouldn't feel this way, this is part of the journey. I hope everyone else can look at it from a better light and do the work necessary to hit thier goals! Love ya'll LFG
