2) Review your Burnout Breakthrough Challenge PDF and start figuring out what days you’re going to fit your physical movement into your schedule, and which day you will choose to practice your self care.
3) We Prioritize! Building bonds with yourself will help you to stay motivated and grounded even during the roughest week. Making your challenge a priority will make sure that it gets D O N E ❤️
4) Don’t forget to do your journal prompts. The most important voice is your internal voice. Give it some attention
