In our last week of our first Burnout Breakthrough Challenge, I challenge you to understand that this is not a race but a marathon. Pour into yourself, and dedicate meaningful time to meet YOUR needs because without you, none of what you do is possible. We need you, but more than anything, you need yourself ❤️ Self-Care Activity: Schedule a time to relax with a good book. • Physical Activity: Walk for 30 minutes, 3 times this week.
