Well I am sort of properly getting back to the routine that works for me but one of the things that I am struggling with a bit is the whole exercise thing. This bit is going to sound quite Moany Minny - but it is how I feel about it. My exercise is walking but it is winter here and it rains a lot and I do not want to walk in the rain. So how to develop an exercise regime that works indoors? I feel quite physically clumsy and am convinced that I will get the exercises wrong. I don't want to go to a gym. I have tried them and they are not for me. I want to create some sort of exercise regime that I can do all year round but that feels sustainable and fun - preferably at home. Any suggestions?
