At the gym tonight for my 4th session of the week (5 if I include the fact I did 2 classes last night), thrown myself back into the gym but really struggling with food
I’m dealing with a lot of sh1t at the moment, with work & home my only escape is the gym.
I can’t put anything in place to sort out the work or home sh1t - as it’s people and emotions related all I can do is protect myself by going to the gym
Next week will be fun as it’s meant to be taper week.
