Wishing you all a kind weekend ahead! @Will Lee, @Linda Wang (Hope I tagged the right ones) I really recommend this video by Coach Shane. It’s titled about vocabulary, but it’s really about learning languages in general. We don't know what we don't know https://www.skool.com/lme/how-to-easily-learnremember-more-vocabulary-words?p=9680ca30 @Eva Bosakova Eva, for your question about joining the book discussions, please see this link https://www.skool.com/lme/dont-sweat-the-small-stuff-reading-stuff-with-mila?p=08511d95 Thanks to everyone for your energy, ideas, and open hearts.

Wisdom of Today #7
Everything comes at the right time; just wait. Good things come slowly. Bad things come suddenly Patience is not about waiting, but about trusting while you wait
Concrete Writing Task -1
The Concrete Writing Task Series Dear LME members, Today I’m excited to introduce a new and practical way to sharpen your English writing skills — The Concrete Writing Task series! In this activity, I will post a picture that shows some real, visible things — things you can actually see, touch, or point at, etc. Your job will be to write as many sentences as I mention in a post, and make sure they are only about what you see in that picture. How It Works: 1. Look carefully at the picture I post. 2. Observe all the concrete things in it — objects, people, animals, colors, positions, shapes, directions, etc. 3. Write your sentences describing only what is visible. 4. Avoid abstract ideas like emotions, thoughts, or imagination (for example: beautiful, sad, boring, I think…). 5. Use prepositions (on, under, behind, beside, in front of, between, etc.) to show how one thing relates to another. 6. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, MAKE SURE THE SENTENCES ARE IN PROPER CONNECTIVITY: THE BEGINNNG, middle, and ENDING. In other words, THERE SHOULD BE A PROPER FLOW OF CONCRETE INFORMATION. Purpose: Before we can write about abstract ideas, we must first become skilled at describing what we can see. Concrete writing trains your eyes to notice details and your mind to express them clearly in English. Remember — without concrete things, even abstract ideas cannot exist! So, LET'S GET THE BALL ROLLING! AGC @Shane Peterson Thank you Jas karan ______________________________________________________________________________________________ The Task - 1 Write THREE concrete sentences on the following picture.
