Hello everyone! 🙌 How about we dig into this assignment in our next Throwback PIRFsday? That VIDEO I made yesterday after the PIRF VIP class with @Coach Miguel So the idea in class was to work on PIRF 425 by speaking from memory, without looking at the text. We read it a few times, talked it through, and then tried to say it by heart. The next day, I went outside and did the same thing while walking around the park nearby. Honestly, It's freaking NOT EASY !!!
