Hey everyone! Just wanted to remind you that tomorrow 8 PM Eastern standard time will be the anxiety reset. We will meet for a little more than 30 minutes for light movement just to get our bodies prepped to lie down for 20+ minutes while we do some rhythmic breathing and guided meditation. This session will regulate your nervous system, leaving you feeling relaxed in the state of healing.
