Iran's Oil
So Israel has struck multiple oil facilities causing Tehran's sky to become thick with smoke. Analysts on Fox News are saying we don't have to worry about gas prices and strait of Hormuz, because U.S is going to take all the oil soon. What is the meaning of this rhetoric? The longer this war goes on, the less it sounds like a humanitarian intervention and more like outright conquest. Trump's narrative changed from regime change to regime collapse and a failed state. When we asked for an intervention, it was to help us fight back against IRGC. We didn't say "Bomb our oil sites and take all our oil". This kind of rhetoric only rallies people around the flag and U.S and Israel should know better. When everything is on fire and the air is toxic, people aren't gonna pour into the streets to fight against the regime. Especially since we still have no weapons. Is there a plan to arm the people? The IRGC is only gettign more aggressive and retaliating against civilians. Is there a plan to control the toxic fumes? Trump has promised to help Iran build back better than before, but the longer the war drags on, the less likely that statement seems to be true. I hope I'm wrong. I really hope Trump follows through on the promises he made to the people of Iran.
