Planning question for the coaches and consultants here.
If you're somewhere between $5k and $50k a month right now.
What's your actual plan to get to the next level?
Not the big dream goal...
Just the next level...
Like the plan you'd say out loud if I asked you on a call.
1 — Hire. Setter, closer, VA, ops guy.
2 — More sales calls. Fill the calendar.
3 — Raise prices and hope the volume holds.
4 — Genuinely don't have one. Just working harder and hoping.
