amazing!
My workshops used to look like a hostage video
True story. For years, my monthly workshops looked exactly like everyone else's. Open Zoom. Share a Google Slides deck. Talk at a wall of tiny faces for 90 minutes. And every time I went to share my screen, there was this little 4-second panic where I'd hunt for the right window while 60 people stared at my desktop. (Yes, they saw the tabs. All of them.) Here's the thing. The content was good. People told me so. Then they checked their email around minute 22 and quietly left around minute 40. By the time I got to the offer, I was pitching to a gallery of black squares. So I did what any reasonable person would do and went full nerd on it. Ecamm. Stream Deck. An iPad I draw on live. A floating camera that sits over my slides so people watch me instead of a deck. Scenes that switch with one button. It took me an embarrassingly long time to figure out. (Months. And a Stream Deck I bought twice because the first one was too small) But the difference wasn't subtle. People stayed. People engaged. People bought. And it turns out the whole setup is about five tools wired together once. Not fifty. Anyway... On Friday, September 25th I'm running a live 90-minute session called Workshop Pro™ where I show you how to set up your zoom room like the stage it is. Scenes, slides, drawing, controls. You leave with a setup, not a to-do list. It's $47. Comment "ZOOM" below and I'll send you the details. Dan P.S. If you've never run a workshop before, this one prob isn't for you yet. Come to the next one. This is for people who already run them and are tired of theirs looking like a Tuesday staff meeting.

awesome!
The world changed. Most coaches didn't.
9 months ago I made a decision that felt reckless at the time. I restarted from zero. New offer. No team. No sales calls. It was time to build the business I wanted... not the one I thought I needed to build. Everyone around me was still doing it the old way… setters, closers, 90-minute calls, a VA army, 14 tools duct-taped together. I could see it wasn't going to survive what was coming. AI was about to change the cost of building systems from "hire someone" to "do it Tuesday afternoon." I just kept thinking to myself... How does this change the way people buy, How does this change the expectations people will have and what will be valuable if AI can do all of this work. My initial thinking was... What is currently heavy or hard That AI will make easy and light that if I can build systems for Would be valuable in the new world. And so this started to shape the thesis of the new business model I wanted to build. Essentially ... where is all the leverage. What I landed on was... Youtube = Hard and Heavy Lift... but not with Ai Workshops = Hard and Heavy Lift ... but not with Ai Ads = Confusing and "Scary"... but not with Ai And so for the last 9 months I have been building, testing and iterating. And now as they say in the poker room: "I've got the nuts" ** for my non poker playing friends.... The nuts is the best hand on a given board at that time ** Ads bring people into skool and pay for themselves. AI does the heavy lifting behind the scenes. A Weekly workshop allows me to sell without sales calls. That's it. 9 months later: Sitting #44 on Skool leaderboard with $83.3k MRR. A million dollar run rate. One person. Four days a week. Zero sales calls. Here's the thing though… The revenue isn't the part I'm most excited about. The part I'm most excited about is that I can now hand the same system to my clients. I built it into the Lifestyle Founder Operating System (LFOS) They install it. (Disclosure: Still a bit of a bitch to set up because it is a harness that sits on your computer like a Hermes Agent or OpenClaw back in the day)

From $14K/mrr to $78K/mrr in 60 Days ... (It Wasn't the Funnel)
Many people have been asking me about the funnel I am using to shoot up the Skool Games Leaderboard. (Currently #44 on the entire platform 🙌🏼) but the funnel is the part that mattered least. In fact I will just tell you that part right now: I run ... a $47 workshop community, I fill it with ads. run one workshop a week, and an offer at the end of every workshop. You could copy that by Friday.... And it probably wouldn't work for you, because a strategy only pays out what the four levers underneath it can support. So in this video I walk down the 5-lever pyramid, weakest lever first: 1. Strategy — the tip, and the smallest lever. Copyable in a day. 2. Skills — advertising, storytelling, sales, tech. Years to build. 3. Systems — ads, workshop creation, show-up, onboarding. Run by AI, automation, or my EA. 4. Signature Offer — six years refining one offer, not replacing it every year. 5. Self-Leadership — the base, and the biggest lever by far. Comment Worksheet for the Doc and let me know in the comments what did you like or learn. LFG
