Help to build past client database

Does anyone know a good resource, or company that could help build out a loan officers past client database? I’ve been in the business since 2017 but didn’t keep track of my database until 2021, and even that had a lot of missing information. I wasn’t thorough about it until 2023 and there’s a lot of missed data there and I think lots of missed past clients. i’ve heard you can pull your data from RETR or MMI and pay a virtual assistant or someone to get as much data on your close loans as possible, but have never tried this.
