Stop Starting Over: The Kickstart Workshop
I’ve been thinking about something after talking with a few of you… A lot of you know what to do… but you’re not fully locked in on how to actually set it up and stick to it. So I’m considering running a Kickstart Workshop where we: - build your nutrition structure (protein, calories, simple meals) - set your training + movement targets - simplify everything using the Power Food System - and actually put a system in place you can follow immediately after we’re done This wouldn’t be more information… 👉 it would be implementation You’d leave with everything set up and ready to go. Would that be something you’d want to be a part of? Also—I’m opening up a small number of spots for a 6-week 1:1 coaching sprint for anyone who wants more personalized guidance, feedback, and accountability coming out of this. Kickstart Program Updates
You may notice a few updates to the first two weeks of the Kickstart Program. The principles themselves haven’t changed; they never will. The CORE4 and the foundational systems of the Legacy Performance Method remain the same. What will continue to evolve is how we teach and implement those principles. As the Legacy Performance community continues to grow, we’re constantly refining the way the program is delivered so it’s clearer, more effective, and easier to execute in real life. Our goal is simple:to make sure the system helps as many people as possible move from chaos to control with their health. If you’ve already completed those lessons, it’s worth taking another look at the updated structure. If you’re currently working through Kickstart, continue executing the systems and building momentum. Get after it. 💪
