Just yesterday, I added a lesson into the welcome
course titled “Your Body is The Evidence”.
One of the main points of this lesson is what I call “The Shift”.
The shift happens when you get to the point that the old decisions you use to make no longer make sense. You know enough to know that those decisions were not best for you.
Not going for a walk.
Not tracking your food.
Not drinking that extra glass of water.
You know what needs to be done.
But, the new decisions you want to make aren’t quite habit, automatic, or identity based; “this is just what I do”, “this is who I am”, etc.
This is what we are building here.
New identities.
New ways of seeing ourselves.
No longer seeing ourselves as the old version of who we use to be, but create momentum toward who we were called to be.
Strong.
Confident.
Disciplined.
Heartfelt.
Intentional.
Selfless.
Someone who stewards their health and life well.
That change comes from the choices that we make right now. The extra steps, weighing the sauces, going for those heavier weights. Every single choice you make is a drop in the bucket that leads to a truly transformed life.
But, it all comes down to the next choice.
