Stop Starting Over: The Kickstart Workshop
I’ve been thinking about something after talking with a few of you… A lot of you know what to do… but you’re not fully locked in on how to actually set it up and stick to it. So I’m considering running a Kickstart Workshop where we: - build your nutrition structure (protein, calories, simple meals) - set your training + movement targets - simplify everything using the Power Food System - and actually put a system in place you can follow immediately after we’re done This wouldn’t be more information… 👉 it would be implementation You’d leave with everything set up and ready to go. Would that be something you’d want to be a part of? Also—I’m opening up a small number of spots for a 6-week 1:1 coaching sprint for anyone who wants more personalized guidance, feedback, and accountability coming out of this. Body and mind are not aligned…I solve other people’s problems all day and it causes me to stress often and my eating habits get derailed either due stress or lack of time to eat timely and sometimes I don’t get to eat at all. I want to learn ways to keep myself aligned and learn ways and quick things to eat that don’t derail my goals and discourage me.
