Stop Starting Over: The Kickstart Workshop
I’ve been thinking about something after talking with a few of you… A lot of you know what to do… but you’re not fully locked in on how to actually set it up and stick to it. So I’m considering running a Kickstart Workshop where we: - build your nutrition structure (protein, calories, simple meals) - set your training + movement targets - simplify everything using the Power Food System - and actually put a system in place you can follow immediately after we’re done This wouldn’t be more information… 👉 it would be implementation You’d leave with everything set up and ready to go.
