Back on Skool in Better
Hi everyone, after some months gap being Skool offline I am back revitalising my community Mental Conditioning and fusing with my brother @Jakub Pacanda's Nonbusy and Leaving Socials. Together we are creating an ecosystem of communities sharing a unified vision and purpose. My approach focuses on fostering authenticity while empowering creativity in movement and expression work - body and voice. The core is that inside of us we all have a child that wants to play. This playfullness is a source of refreshment and recharge. I incorporate simple somatic and mental exercises to spark creativity and anchor our purpose. Beyond the online platform, I host somatic workshops like "Tělobraz :: Bodimage" at festivals across the Czech Republic, blending performance and Instant Composition physical theater and dance practice. My mission is to empower people's strengths, talents and drive meaningful change. Let’s make our brilliance shine!

Any tips on balancing work, online life, and living life?
Hey everyone! I hope you’re all doing well. I’ve been working on building an online community for a while now, and it’s finally starting to gain traction, which makes me really happy. But, as you can imagine, it also brings some challenges. Does anyone have advice on how to: - Manage an inbox that’s always full - Stay engaged in the community and keep sharing value - Give enough time to my 1-on-1 clients - Work a full-time job - Make daily content - ...and still find time to go to the gym, have a social life, and do all the “life” things? I’d love to hear how you balance it all! I never really thought it would be an issue but it can feel quite overwhelming. Thanks in advance for any tips or insights! 😊
How much time do your bad habits take up? ⏳
Because unfortunately, it's not about anything else in the end. It's not other people or circumstances that take up our time. No way, they're just excuses. It's our habitual reactions to them that steal the most time and therefore energy from us. Fortunately, this is essentially good news ✔️ Because these reactions are part of us, our habits. That means they can be changed. If we really decide to.. For example, I realized that Facebook was a huge drain on my time and energy. I spent an hour a day scrolling through unnecessary posts. I was an addict. And so I decided to stop. It wasn't a resolution or an empty promise, but a clear decision 💪 So I adjusted my behavior and lo and behold, the magic happened🪄 My day was suddenly an hour longer.
What grabs your attention to bring you into the present moment?
I'm writing this based on some minor observations I made today while traveling from one city to another here in the Czech Republic to give a workshop on dance theater improvisation. In the morning I got on the bus and after sitting down I noticed the strange colouring of the bag the lady sitting opposite had: red, white and yellow colours shining through the black netting. At the next stop, a woman with a child got on and sat next to the lady, and the mother was wearing stockings the same colour as the lady sitting opposite her. Nice coincidence, I thought. 👜🇺🇬 About an hour later, I was on the train, working on my laptop, when I suddenly realized that we were passing a beautiful landscape - even though we had just passed a misty field covered in snow and lined with bare trees, this moment took me out of my work and let me enjoy the view, as if it were painted. 🚅 💻❄️🏔️ What moments took you out of your thoughts today? 🌊 What ordinary details that you notice can you appreciate and enjoy? ✨

Hi guys,
I just wrote something on my Substack website about romanticizing on social media, just to practice my writing skills. It’s about what the consequences can be and about my personal experiences. I would like to know what your experiences are with romanticizing life on social media?https://open.substack.com/pub/realtalkwithdewi/p/the-consequences-of-romanticizing?r=2aikys&utm_medium=ios
