How much time do your bad habits take up? ⏳
Because unfortunately, it's not about anything else in the end.
It's not other people or circumstances that take up our time. No way, they're just excuses.
It's our habitual reactions to them that steal the most time and therefore energy from us.
Fortunately, this is essentially good news ✔️
Because these reactions are part of us, our habits.
That means they can be changed. If we really decide to..
For example, I realized that Facebook was a huge drain on my time and energy.
I spent an hour a day scrolling through unnecessary posts. I was an addict.
And so I decided to stop.
It wasn't a resolution or an empty promise, but a clear decision 💪
So I adjusted my behavior and lo and behold, the magic happened🪄
My day was suddenly an hour longer.
