Update on the demand side (7 buyer leads)
My Meta ad to find buyer leads is running at a very low budget just $5 per day🤣
- currently up to 7 qualified leads (it show 6, but it's actually 7)
- My funnel is converting at about 9%
- Spending just under < $3.5 per lead
This are all loan offers and mortgage brokers. I'm getting the nmls number right in the funnel and verifying to confirm they're legit.
This week, I'll be working on the sales pitch and next week I'll hopefully close at least one.
All of my leads are coming from the pig 💩 ugh-style ad
After I get the more systems in place I'll plan to scale this up, for now just trying to get some buyer leads in to learn.
