Trusted Form Certificate URL issue

I have an issue where my trusted form certificate URL does not generate for every lead. 50% of my leads get rejected in my zapier webhook because of this.

I do not know why and i'm speaking with an API guy. For context the code is added to my heyflow survey and he leads are then sent with zapier to my client via API.

I've heard it could be because some leads have ad blockers
