Next Gen Updates 2/6 (Page Speed Insights and Progress)

It took some work but we're hitting a 94 so far. I think we can get this closer to 100 with a few optimizations.

Where we are at:

90% dev complete at this point. Just finishing up some key things that were missed
Next week: Is all about fine tuning infrastructure and dev ops, CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, load testing, more QA (there's a lot that goes into maintaining a reliable platform!)
If all goes well, then we should be ready to ship v1 of Next Gen the week after on a first-come first-serve basis. For those wanting to use / test nextgen, we'll have some sort of an hybrid automated and manual migration process and both systems will be running in parallel so there's no rush and pretty much zero risk of forms/funnels being lost
Then I'll sleep for a week
