My first email campaigns. Thoughts on this?

It's the first time I send emails. Should I just wait or keep on changing? I'm doing free services at no charge. Removed all spammy words using mailboxes and have 0 bounces.

I am trying to sell AI automation services for businesses with 5-10 employees in the U.S.. I am looking for 3 case studies, but I don't know how can I get solid replies in here (I only got 1 reply and it was an "unsubscribe" one). The niches I have picked are (accounting, finance, construction, real estate, facilities), and it seems like they are not receptive to emails.

Is the problem the niche? Or the copy? What are your thoughts on this?
