I had €72 to my name when I got on a call that changed everything.
Let me say that again: Seventy-two euros. Total. And I’d already spent €48.24 of it on cold email tools, betting on myself when I had almost nothing left to bet. I’m in Greece. No safety net. No rich parents. No backup plan. Just me, a PC, and this belief that I could build something real. For two years I was grinding, trying business models, failing, learning, repeating.I made some money here and there… but nothing scalable.Nothing predictable.Nothing that felt like a real breakthrough. I was tired of duct-taping YouTube information together and praying it would somehow become a system. So I did something uncomfortable: I booked a clarity call, not because I had the money, but because I needed some direction. On that call, here’s what hit me: I had been trying to sell an outcome I hadn’t achieved yet. I had an offer about “scaling businesses to $50K/month”… but I'd never scaled anything to $50K/month myself 🤦‍♂️ @Ian Kirk didn't sugarcoat it. He said: "That's difficult, man. Just to be completely transparent." And honestly? I needed to hear that. → That was a punch I needed. He broke down exactly what I was doing wrong: → No clear ICP → Overcomplicating my offer → Building a job, not a business. Then he told me something that I've never heard before in those 2 years: “Never state your price first. Let them tell you what the outcome is worth.” And something stuck in my mind " You don’t win by collecting more free information. You win by collapsing time and learning from people who’ve already walked the path." I left that call with something better than money: ✓ Clarity ✓ Direction ✓ A simple plan ✓ A system to master ✓ And a reason to stop drifting Since then, I’ve gone all-in on what actually moves the needle. → Everything I’m building right now comes from that decision. If you’re sitting where I was, low on money, high on ambition, wondering if you should bet on yourself… This is your sign. One conversation can shift your entire trajectory.

@Tarhan Alam You let the client cover all the tools (domains, inboxes, softwares). But for internal tools and things you re going to use for the fulfillment, its your own expenses.

@Jay Feldman oh is that what he meant, I thought he was talking in general about his offer.

So to help everyone get access to those as well, I want you to write down a question or an advice that you have. You're either gonna have your question answered from the admins or you re going to give sauce to the rest of the team. Win-Win either way 🚀

Free AI automation that saves me 10+ hours/week on email
I used to waste 10+ hours every week manually sorting emails. Today I'm sharing the AI automation that cut that to zero for FREE. Most people know they should automate their inbox, but get overwhelmed by the setup. So they either keep sorting manually, try basic filters that don't work, or give up after the first attempt. This Email Inbox Assistant includes: → Complete N8N template (import ready) → Step-by-step video walkthrough → Pre-configured GPT-4 categorization → Knowledge base training system → Auto-labeling for 6+ email types I built this for my own business after drowning in 200+ emails daily. It checks for new emails every minute, categorizes them with AI, and routes them exactly where they need to go. The automation handles: - Important emails that need replies - Urgent notifications (marked in red) - Group chats (auto-archived) - Cold emails (tagged and filed) - Promotions (out of sight) Setup takes 10 minutes. Saves 10+ hours per week. Comment "INBOX" below and I'll send you the template + full walkthrough.

Okay I have a question. Yes that automation can save us time and manage our inbox but isn't that bad for people running cold email? I mean as Austin Schneider said in 2026 almost every business will have ai agents manage the Inboxes. So the agents will decide if the email is even worth of the attention of the human. Is that a bad or a good thing. I mean the bar of course is going to rise and cut off every mediocrity... @Jay Feldman , @Ian Kirk I want your opinions, what do you think is going to be the next wave so we can adapt on that.
What is the best way you guys get leads
How do you audit lead lists for ICP fit before sending? I used to rely on the Apify + Apollo workflow for pulling leads, but recently I tried a different Apify scraper and now I’m unsure about list quality. It looks fine on the surface, but I don’t want to find out it’s bad only after my deliverability takes a hit. Before you send, how do you actually audit a list to make sure: - It truly matches your ICP - The titles, industries, and company sizes are accurate - You’re not about to blast a low-quality or poorly targeted list Specifically: - What checks do you run on a fresh list before approving it for outreach? - Do you sample manually, run it through enrichment, score it, or all of the above? - Are there any quantitative benchmarks you use (bounce rate expectations, % title match, company size match, etc.)? I’m trying to build a proper pre-send QA process so I’m not learning the hard way after domains get burned. Would appreciate any real workflows or tools people use for this.

@Brendon Jos I would follow what @Jordan Wiseman told you. Its the safest way to truly know, if you have a good list on your hands or not. Maybe if you re bored of manual work just put branches in GhatGPT agent to do the scraping for you and verify if the ICP is the correct one. (on the prompt be very very specific to kill missmatches)
