Lucas, i would recommend to make your copy shorter, wayy shorter. People are not going to read all that. They even struggle to read 4-5 sentences, let alone 15.

I mean instead of scraping, to actually providing skip traced homeowner numbers, so we can just pay for the data and deploy it directly (no separate skip trace step needed). From your experience, what’s the cleanest way to source agents at scale: - A paid database specifically for real estate agents - Platforms like IGLeads - Or something else you’d recommend over scraping Realitor.com for client fulfillment? I want the fastest and most reliable way to do it. From your SMS outbound experience, what's the best approach to follow? Microsoft is a good alternative. If the cost is high you can test the set up offer that @Jay Feldman is currently running. It's $3.5 per inbox with a $15 set up fee. Personally I tried it, it works.
