I have seen a few post in the discussion about this, but I found this last week and wanted to share it.
I was going through a period where I was struggling to get leads, also why I joined this community. I needed a low-cost solution and I figured one out and was able to start scraping for about $4.
Here was the order of operations to complete:
- Pick who hires you. Like property managers or builders near you.
- Use a Google Maps actor/scraper. It gets their names, phones, and websites.
- Put them in a sheet. Call 10 a day.
I was able to get just over 1,000 leads this way for about $4.
