The Lead Isn’t the Conversion
Generating a lead is only the first step. The real opportunity starts after the form is submitted: Lead captured → response → qualification → conversation → appointment A strong backend can turn the same traffic into more opportunities without constantly increasing ad spend. Where are your leads dropping off right now?

Mailboxes? 📩
Anyone doing their mailbox’s through Dynadot? For Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 mailboxes…. I was going to use this as it’s Jaye preferred mialbox provider, BUT the only thing is I’ve heard nothing but bad things Would anyone know or recommend Premium Inboxes, InboxKit or Zap Mail? I was leaning towards Inbox Kit

@Farnaz Mahammad nice thank you! Ya they were on my list and I was thinking them or InboxKit….
Everyone tells you to niche down. I tell new agency owners the opposite.
Stop narrowing your ICP down to one industry before you have any data. New agency owners do this constantly. They pick a niche off a course, go all in, and wonder why the emails aren't landing. Here's what recommend instead. Build the exclusion list first. Remove the industries you genuinely don't want. Hate working with legal? Cut legal. Everything else stays open. That keeps your total addressable market wide while you're still figuring out what actually resonates. Then send the broad campaign. Same offer, every industry that's left. Give it two months. By then the replies tell you where the money is. One or two industries will be answering way more than the rest. Now you narrow. Double down on the niche that's replying. Write copy just for them. Build the next list around them. You didn't guess the niche. The market picked it for you, and you've got the reply data to prove it. Which industry ended up being your niche without you planning it?

@Jay Feldman when doing this for multiple niches, are you using alternate business name domains from your main domain, ie [email protected] etc are you doing like [email protected]?
DFY Sending Accounts -vender selection
Looking to see if anybody has some experience with Jay’s pre-warmed custom sending accounts that you can buy through his website URL below or other companies selling pre-warmed custom sending account accounts https://inbox.leadgenjay.com Last year I purchased custom domains on GoDaddy and licenses from Microsoft to send 120 email accounts This was a lot of work to maintain This year we’re looking to send a fraction of the amount of email but I don’t have a lot of interest in building this infrastructure out myself so looking to see if anybody has some hands-on experience with Jay‘s pre-warmed custom sending accounts or companies? For me, it’s not the cost of acquisition or the monthly expensive maintaining the accounts. It’s the time spent configuring and continually verifying that the domains have not go on onto a blacklist. That’s the most amount of work I’m trying to alleviate.

Can’t the upkeep be monitored my ai? Like an agent etc
A guy tried to sell me a $10,000 email system. I found the trick inside his own emails.
[RESOURCE PINNED IN COMMENTS] One of the best warm email marketers I know got on a call and pitched me a $10,000 install. The promise: every marketing email you send lands in the primary inbox, never the Promotions tab. I asked how. Special warmup? Copy trick? Nothing useful came back. So I opened one of his emails in Gmail, hit Show original, and read the code Gmail reads instead of the text you read. There's a block of text in there you never see. About 300 words, boring on purpose, someone thinking out loud about the same topic as the email. Hidden behind CSS so the reader never sees it and Gmail reads all of it. That's what moves a promo out of the Promotions tab. To Google your email reads like a long personal note that happens to mention a sale. I'm calling it ghost ink. The biggest names in marketing are already using it and nobody talks about it. Fair warning, it only works if the boring stuff is right first. Clean domain, correct records, a good IP, decent copy. This takes you from Promotions to Primary. It will not pull you out of spam. Full breakdown in the new video, including the four things that break it (one of them is copying my paragraph). Real examples of my ghost ink are linked in the description, free. Watch it here Do you have a warm list you are going to use this on?
