It’s crazy to think about how it all started. Over the last 3 months, I’ve watched a ton of cold email training, done a lot of testing, and gone from failed campaigns to campaigns where it’s now hard to take more calls. In the beginning, even getting consistent positive replies was a challenge. After a lot of testing, I finally started getting positive replies consistently. But then I ran into another problem: getting those people onto calls. So I went back to testing again. Different copy, follow-up messages, offers, and different approaches. And now I’ve got campaigns that are bringing in a really good number of calls. The funny part? I’m not even personalizing the emails. If I start using AI to filter the list before sending and personalize the emails, I’m pretty confident the reply rate can go even higher. Anyway, I just wanted to share my results with you guys because this community has been a huge support in helping me make cold email work. I’m still terrible at sales 😂 I always hated sales and never thought I’d be the person taking sales calls. But now I’m learning, and I can actually see myself getting better. After all the sales calls I’ve done so far, today’s call was probably my best one yet. Thanks, everyone! 🙌

I’m looking for lead sources, and I checked out Consulti. It looks good to me, but before I purchase the tool, I just wanted to check if anyone can tell me how the lead quality is. I mean, when I use other lead sources to download lead data, let’s say I download 1,000 leads. Out of those, maybe 300–400 don’t have an email address, and of the remaining 600–700, only around 300–400 have valid emails. So basically, when I pay for 1,000 leads, I end up with only 300–400 valid email addresses that I can actually use. I wanted to ask how these numbers look for Consulti. Do you get a higher percentage of leads with valid email addresses, or are the numbers roughly the same as what I mentioned above?

How do you get people on a call after getting a positive reply? After a lot of tweaking and testing, I finally got my cold email copy to consistently generate positive replies. But I’m struggling to turn those replies into booked calls. What I’m doing right now: - As soon as someone replies positively, I respond and ask them to book a call using my booking link. - Alternatively, I suggest two specific time slots and ask them to choose one. Am I doing something wrong here? Do I need to follow up 5–7 times after a positive reply to get them on a call, or is there a better way to handle this stage? I’m honestly not sure where I’m going wrong. Unfortunately, I don’t have a huge budget to keep these campaigns running. They’re costing me around $300–$400/month, and so far I haven’t generated a single sale. If anyone has experience with this and can point me in the right direction, I’d really appreciate it.

I sent cold email to around 2k people in last few days and hardly get any positive reply out of 48 replies i got 28 are OOO 14 are not interested 2 are wrong person its very weird that i get 28 OOO replies I am not sure if this is common or am i doing anything wrong Can someone help?

Haha, I checked the results of my 8 campaigns that I ran so far And surprisingly the results are in binary 10101010 this is funny, lol for each campaign with 0 reply there is a campaign with 1 reply some also call it angel number, haha
