First month scaling with a VA: 30,000 texts sent, 61 gross leads, 10–12 qualified, 1 contract (buyer lined up). Not terrible, but far from efficient. My qualification rate was under 20%, my texter pushed junk leads, and I wasted time comping low-motivation sellers.
