Two of our Deal Engine Members sold their deals this week.

Tyler bought a parcel in Ware County, Georgia for $4,000.

He sold it for $21,500.

He did that while working a W-2, like many of you here, that's demanding more hours than he expected. He kept building the business in the gaps.

$17,500 gross on a single deal

Nyson had 5 properties sitting on the market for nearly a month. Zero offers. He came from infill lots where deals move in under 30 days, so the silence was loud.

This week, one of those properties sold at full asking price. $26k profit closing with traditional financing.

Both of them highlight a key philosophy to winning in Land: PERSEVERANCE.

This business will test you before it rewards it. The people who win are the ones who don't quit between the mailers and the money. Tyler and Nyson didn't and now the machine is feeding them.
