Soil and erosion/wholesaler
Has anyone dealt with soil and erosion plans?! I’m looking at a lot that seemed pretty perfect until the code office told me I would have to get these plans done since it’s close to the lake.
And does anyone know a wholesaler in northeast Ga?!? I’m between Lake Hartwell, Lake Russell, Athens and would prefer to stay around this area for now.
