Newest Land Home Package
Just closed on my newest project.
Four acres in Oxford NC. This one almost didn't happen due to title issues, and then a seller that was ready to walk because we needed an extension. But we got it done and closed yesterday afternoon!
Will be documenting this one inside the community as it progresses- site work, home selection, build timeline, and final numbers.
Expectation is $220K all in with a $280K exit.
