Good Morning from Oregon!
Happy Monday! What is everyone working on this week?? Anything we can help with?
I'm expecting to get CO on my Oxford property, which will put me right about 60 days from delivery to CO!
I'm under contract on 3 new lots (2 in Franklin County and 1 in Harnett County) awaiting on soil studies on all 3
I'll be posting a detailed video breaking down the costs and lessons from building my first road, and this will also be added to the video course in the "classroom" tab.
We'll be back on the normal schedule for Thursdays Q&A this week. Invite your friends!
