The BEST SMMA Niches In 2025 To Make Money Online
Sup boys :)
I’m once again back at it again with something I believe y'all might find valuable, and that is:
Niche finding.
I’ve been seeing A LOT of posts on this topic, and my goal is to finally put an end to it once and for all.
So that whenever someone is struggling to find their niche in the near future, they can use this post as a reference.
But before we go on and start listing, here are the 3 criterias of a good niche.
  1. It can’t be saturated
  2. Niche needs to have money to afford your services
  3. Niche needs to be big
Now that that’s out of the way, I want to make it very clear that everything that I’m about to list is based on my personal experience.
I’ve worked with hundreds of agency owners, booked tens and thousands of qualified appointments, and what I’m about to share is a result of that.
It may/may not work for you, I’m just sharing what worked for me.
Here are my top 5 niches:
  1. Coaches and consultants
  • Big and growing industry thanks to the growth of social media as a whole.
  • High-ticket for sure, especially if you look at people like Sam Ovens and Max Perzon.
  • It’s definitely on the saturated side due to the low barrier to entry, BUT it’s for good reasons.
  • The reason why I chose this niche despite it being “saturated”, is because it’s easy AF to get clients.
  • You don’t need case studies, or any of those fancy gimmicks.
  • All you need is a decent offer and conviction, and you’ll 100% sell.
  • It’s the niche that got me started, and it’s amazing for beginners.
  • My advice would be to reach out through basic social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook and Twitter as those platforms are more casual and informal.
  1. Marketing agencies
  • Huge industry, thanks to the rise of SMMAs.
  • High-ticket for sure, especially if you look at people like Iman Gadzhi and Charlie Morgan.
  • Definitely on the more saturated side due to the low barrier to entry.
  • Between coaches and consultants, I’d say the former is more saturated.
  • The reason why this niche is on the list is because of how open minded people are in this niche.
  • They understand SMMA, and they’re always willing to hear what you have in mind, making it easier to get your foot in the door and eventually close them.
  • My advice is to have a solid offer, and reach out through platforms like Email, LinkedIn, and cold call where people actually come together to do business.
  1. SaaS
  • Huge industry, thanks to the rise of AI and technology as a whole.
  • High-ticket for sure, especially if you look at companies like Shopify.
  • Unlike marketing agencies and coaches and consultants, it’s definitely on the more unsaturated side.
  • As we all may know, the reason why 99% of SaaS fails is because of the lack of marketing. There's a huge demand to be filled, which is why SaaS is such a great niche for us SMMA owners.
  • Based on my experience, reaching out through LinkedIn worked the best for me. People there are usually more open and understanding of what you’re trying to do.
  1. Medical Practices
  • Huge industry.
  • High-ticket.
  • Pretty unsaturated
  • Based on speaking to a few medical practices, not many people really reach out offering SMMA services.
  • SMS and cold calling worked great for me, and I’d strongly recommend the same.
  1. Real Estate Brokers
  • Huge industry
  • High-ticket
  • Not saturated
  • The only caveat here is because it’s such an untapped and traditional niche (most people I’ve spoken with are over the age of 50), people are skeptical when you reach out offering SMMA services especially if you’re doing them cold.
  • My advice is to have case studies and websites ready, and speak with conviction.
  • As long as you have a solid offer, you’ll make money.
Here are my top 5 worst niches:
  1. Roofing
  • Everyone and their grandmothers literally target this niche.
  • Super saturated
  • Huge industry 100%
  • High-ticket
  • Roofing would be great if it wasn’t so saturated.
  • Definitely not impossible to get clients, but my advice would be to be creative.
  • Make sure your offer is unique.
  • Prioritize giving first and reach out through untapped platforms like iMessage or UpWork.
  1. HVAC
  • Not as saturated as roofing but I’d consider it saturated
  • Huge industry
  • High-Ticket
  • Great results with cold sms and cold calling.
  1. Solar
  • Solar is basically roofing so in terms of saturation it’s definitely saturated
  • Compared to everything else in this list it’s extremely high-ticket.
  • Huge industry
  • Honestly it didn’t go well for me but I can definitely see people making money if they’ve got the right offer and outbound strategies in place.
  • Great success reaching out through SMS and cold calling
  1. Auto detailing
  • It’s definitely saturated but not as it once was
  • Based on my experience, most of them were broke too
  • The only good thing about this niche is the industry size as it’s HUGE
  • Had great results reaching out through SMS
  1. Landscaping
  • Not saturated at all. I don’t even know anyone that does this
  • Definitely a big industry.
  • Not broke but not rich
  • Extremely hard to close deals UNLESS you sell your services for less and take on more clients which requires a huge team
That’s all for today. Hope that I was able to help you find your niche :)
