All the local companies hate “leads” nowadays. They’ve been burned 5 times by lead gen agencies…
So if I want to qualify those leads on my client’s behalf and deliver booked jobs, but how can I actually do that?
Apart from automated texts and emails which can be set up in GHL, calling them is the next thing which I don’t know how to deliver.
If I were to have 10 clients at 1k/mo, how can I call all of their leads?
How can I systemize qualification for all of them on their behalf?
I figured maybe:
- The AI bots nowadays that can handle calls pretty good and fast (although I’m not sure if they’ll mess it up or not)
- VA’s (however I’m not sure how many I’ll need and what my margins will look like after)
Or something else?? I don’t know.
I’m very new to the local digital marketing space. Prior I worked with 6 and 7 figure online coaches, but I ended up switching because I didn’t like them as much. So I have a good understanding of sales funnels, ads, copywriting, marketing and system building, etc.
But when it comes to delivery, I know absolutely nothing.
I have limiting beliefs around:
- How much I can charge retainers. I don’t think more than 500-1000/month is really doable in 2025
- How I will actually deliver for the clients
- How I can manage them and keep them happy
All of the people I cold called during the past few weeks seemed to hate “leads” and they’ve been burned many times before. I want to provide a good client experience, and deliver actual “jobs” booked for them instead of just a bunch of “leads”
