Guys, I’m running into a problem in my niche. I’m closing clients who seem fully committed—they say they love the service and want to move forward. I schedule an onboarding call, but on the day of the call, they back out, saying, “Thanks for everything, but we’ll pass.”
I’m thinking of two possible solutions:
1️⃣ Sending them more content between the sales call and onboarding—like client testimonials and some previous client results (if you have suggestions lmk).
2️⃣ Taking a small deposit on the first call, even though I offer a free trial, just to create a stronger commitment.
Would love to hear your thoughts and suggestions! How do you guys handle this?
