How to get paid after closing the client?
Hey people, I had a problem that happened twice with prospects in sales calls, actually when i close the deal and they decide to move forward, i typically ask them to create a wise account and then send the payment to my account which first creates a lot of friction that i don't like and second twice it had errors in a way that it takes 24h to let them to send me money or to get their accounts verified for some reason which had lost me yesterday a 1200$ deal just because it said it takes a day to be able to make the transaction. The problem is that stripe is not supported in my country, so i had to work with wise and sometimes skrill which i don'f think it's the best option to scale since i feel like i'm missing a key part i close which is the hard part and then struggle to get the money on my pocket. I'm thinking about starting to ask for card details or just get an LLC in USA and make a mercury account or smth and start getting wire transfers. I truly need help since i have sales calls loading and i have to make a solution to this, lmk guys what's the best way and how are you taking money after closing

@Gabriel Barros @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell appreciate both of you, the fees are unjustifiable for the client not for me, for example one previous prospect who i asked for a wire transfer to wise said ok but for some reason he can't make it from the bank app he had first to go to his bank which he did and they asked him to pay 130$ or smth fees which made him a bit scared and you can tell it doesn't get me out of the circle of creating friction. My goal from this post wasn't to get smth for now as i mentioned, i was saying to myself probably there's a payment trick for ppl like me in unsupported countries that i don't know about but realistically no hidden tricks i noticed. don't get me wrong i still can persuade people to pay me with wise for the moment but i want a long term solution because this ain't reliable if that makes sense especially if i'm trying to scale. Either way all responses that i got are great but not for me. i think i'm heading to creating an LLC in USA, use it to create a mercury account since all my clientele are US based and have them to send wire transfers to mercury that way i can benefit from the fact the LLC is based in US. And thanks for all ppl who commented and if someone has another option or opinions i'm open

@Gabriel Barros tunisia in north africa, probably my location is creating that problem of expensive fees for the client to make the transaction
database reactivation!!
Hey kings, need some guidance. I’m about to run a database reactivation for a client who has a 20K email list, but I’m a bit confused about the best way to approach the email sending setup. Should I treat this more like a cold email campaign? Like, create 4-5 new business emails (maybe on a subdomain just in case anything goes wrong) and run it through Instantly or Lemlist since they have automatic warmup built-in? Or should I just stick with his existing business email in GoHighLevel, send everything from one domain, and gradually scale up sending volume over time to keep things simple and integrated? It’s my first time doing a full reactivation campaign like this, so if anyone has tips or a more efficient approach, I’d seriously appreciate the help 🙏

@Thure Sander thanks mate, but what do you mean with a few accounts? you mean same domain but different alias or different ghl accounts and each has a linked subdomain or what specifically, can you develop on that pls and thanks in advance!
The new Toll-free number verification
Hey everyone! GoHighLevel has updated the process for verifying toll-free numbers. It’s no longer as simple as before. They’re now requiring a business registration ID, so you literally need to have a registered company to complete the verification. Does anyone know how to get around this for personal use if you don’t have a registered business? Any tips or insights would be really appreciated!

Struggling with Service Delivery & Offer Structure
Hey everyone, I need some insight on service delivery, as it's making me question my offer a bit. I’m currently generating results for my clients at an average cost of $13 per lead, while working with an ad budget of $25–$30 per day. However, I realized that at this budget, I’ll never be able to exit the learning phase. From what I understand, I’d need to scale to around $70 per day to leave the learning phase and start seeing more consistent, high-quality results. The issue is that I’m offering a free trial where clients only cover ad spend. But if my goal is to push past the learning phase, the required budget becomes quite high—around $2,000/month just for ad spend—before even factoring in my service fee. That seems like a big investment for many clients. So I have two key questions for those with experience: 1. Should I prioritize leaving the learning phase to ensure consistent, high-quality leads, or does it not matter as much in the early stages? 2. Given a $13 average cost per lead, what’s a reasonable ad spend to recommend for a client starting out? I’d love to hear your thoughts on this. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
Leads saying no after being closed
Guys, I’m running into a problem in my niche. I’m closing clients who seem fully committed—they say they love the service and want to move forward. I schedule an onboarding call, but on the day of the call, they back out, saying, “Thanks for everything, but we’ll pass.” I’m thinking of two possible solutions: 1️⃣ Sending them more content between the sales call and onboarding—like client testimonials and some previous client results (if you have suggestions lmk). 2️⃣ Taking a small deposit on the first call, even though I offer a free trial, just to create a stronger commitment. Would love to hear your thoughts and suggestions! How do you guys handle this?

@Bern Fiveten thanks mate, i'm just looking for some ideas that maybe help reduce this issue but i'm accepting it anyway

@Bern Fiveten I don't know how long is the trial you giving them, but anyways it should be start counting once you start running the ads, the period of creating the creatives for ads should not be counted in the free trial, otherwise they will think you're not that legit and you'll take more time building videos than actually running them and getting them jobs if that makes sense, you don't need to extend the trial but you need to just ask them to provide assets that will let you create the ads and you push yourself to develop the ads fast to start running ads. Hope that answers your concern, if that's not what you meant lmk and i'll explain it. One addition point, if you're not creating the ads and you're waiting for them to make them for you that will harm your image and the status of expert in front of them, and also will let you always relying on their convinience instead of having full control over the entire process of service delivery, they must think that they don't need to do anything at least from my experience. LMK if that answers your question
