Landing pages

I analysed dozens of landing pages in local services, and made a code of all the different sections of a good landing page. I've pasted it here. I think having ALL of these sections is too much. So picking around 60% would be good.

Can anyone think of anything major I may have missed?

Im intending to use this as a checklist to make sure ive got the right ingredients of a good landing page, and to communicate to my team about what im looking for.
