Anybody have experience in hiring, onboarding, and training a CSR?
Customer success representative, Customer success coachers, account managers, or the like,
I'm currently in the process of hiring one so if anyone has connections, let me know.
As for my question, I'd like to know how you guys do training and conduct onboarding calls within the first few weeks of hiring a CSR so they can successfully check in with clients, conduct calls, and manage accounts and communicate with other team members so a streamlined customer journey.
