1. I'm not sure if this works this way would you "duplicate and ad / adset" as a means of "resetting the algorithm" to reset an ad that has previously produced results but fatigued? This is an example ad for one of my roofing clients, and we had a $110 CPB for $887 of spend, but the frequency was 2.81 - eventually, my media buyer turned it off because after a few days, it didn’t produce any leads, but I'm wondering if it's worth keeping in the ad account just because it has lots of engagement / can boost the reach of other ads in the ad account at the same time? I decided to re turn it on today so CBO can run spend to it 1. That's my second question: does anyone know if an ad that has engagement is a better "longevity" or what should we think of the likes, comments, and reactions? Client Success Videos & How to structure them
Hey everyone, I've just had a couple of customers want to do a client success meeting (I've never brought it up until recently), but I've never held one of those before and am not really sure how to structure that. I know it's super effective for social proof, so if anybody has an ideal structure for questions to ask, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

here's a general structure I took from an agency coaching program back in the day, General Framework - paint the before/after situation Overarching Framework: 1. Introduction 2. Internal before / External Before 3. Epiphany 4. Internal after / External after 5. Call to action CTA Pre Interview Setup; Before hitting record on Zoom: 1. Ask: “What was the biggest result you’ve gotten working with us?” 2. Collaboratively write a BEFORE → AFTER headline. Example: “From struggling with no appointments → to closing 2 deals in 7 days” “What short headline would you say really captures where you were before we started working together and where you are now?” 3. Set Zoom to Gallery View (both faces visible), Hide the fathom note taker + Do not stop the interview once you start — edit errors later if needed. Intention / Goal: How did you feel before and after working with us? ****Get layers and portray emotion** 1. Can you tell us your story (Your market, types of clients you service, what you do, etc.) 2. How were you doing marketing before? (can you be more specific about that) 3. What was the big problem you were dealing with your business before joining the program? (How did it make you feel? / How did that impact you or the others around you?) 4. How does the Clive Systems program compare to other marketing agencies you've used in the past? (can you be more specific about that) 5. What do you love the most about the program? (why did it work so well for you?) 6. How many leads or appointments are you seeing now vs before us? How many potential leads and appointments? 7. How many jobs have you closed so far? And, How much potential pipeline value do you think you stand to make? 7.5 How much has our system generated in estimated revenue and in what timeframe? 8. How has your life personally changed since getting these results? 9. Where do you think you would be today if you hadn’t joined the program? 10. Imagine there was someone watching this right now, and they were on the fence about booking a call, or taking that next step to speak with us about the program. What would you say to that person?

Does anyone have a resource that is a "if-then" else statement SOP or decision make changes that you make when you optimize an ad account as far as changes for client accounts?
Anybody have experience in hiring, onboarding, and training a CSR?
Customer success representative, Customer success coachers, account managers, or the like, I'm currently in the process of hiring one so if anyone has connections, let me know. As for my question, I'd like to know how you guys do training and conduct onboarding calls within the first few weeks of hiring a CSR so they can successfully check in with clients, conduct calls, and manage accounts and communicate with other team members so a streamlined customer journey.
