A Query about time zones in Google Ads
Hey everyone, hope your day is going great!
I'm targeting a niche in a completely different country and time zone (USA) from me (Australia). Although I have a strong service delivery system in theory, I don't understand how to set the time zone appropriately in Google ads given the significant time zone difference between my clients and I.
I understand that technically, I'd need to set the time zone based on my clients' location in order for the leads to come through. However, my concern is that I want to book my clients' leads on their behalf when the phone calls/lead forms begin rolling in, and I'm unsure how this part of the process can be fulfilled if it's business hours in the USA and in the middle of the night here haha.
With that said, I have a solid understanding of my niche (home care) and I was considering transforming this part of the service delivery process into a DWY solution whereby I provide my clients with the method or script they can use to handle the prospects on the phone or when those prospects submit the landing page forms. Although this solution would definitely be more practical and far more manageable, it feels a bit odd because I'm still new to the process myself. Nevertheless, I have no doubt it could yield good results and I'm always willing to enhance my service however I can.
Thanks for reading this far and I'm keen to hear your thoughts! :)
