I turned 77 on 6/25/2027. So I decided to 7 sets of 7 reps for each chest exercise.
Incline bp at 95, 115, 135, 145 , 155, 115 and 105. Did max rep with 175.
Pec dec 65, 75, 85, 95, 105, 115 and 105.
Cable flyer with 20 pounds for 3 sets and 25 pounds for 4 sets.
Finished with 30 Kbs for flat bench flyes.
Ate some cake.😀
