Does anyone regularly do Turkish Get Ups? They are not a regular part of my workouts. I was doing a complex this past weekend that ended with 5 snatches and then 1 reverse Turkish Get Up (or what I call a Turkish Get Down). I bring it up because I found myself repeatedly confused as to which leg/arm does what during the movement. And I almost had a mishap doing it with the 20 kg bell.
I am thinking about adding them to my rountine more regularly. Although, I have seen many people argue that Turkish Get Ups are rather pointless. What are your thoughts? Anyone have strong feelings either way?
