Do 3 rounds total with 60 seconds rest between rounds.
Double Kettlebells (I used 16 kg)
  1. Rack squat
  2. Alternating gorilla rows
  3. Push ups
  4. Suitcase lunges
  5. Alternating overhead press
  6. Double kb swings
  7. suitcase deadlifts
I was gassed after this one. Managed to do a farmers carry with the bells for a minute or so after as a finisher. Good stuff.
